Thanks so much for considering Havenly! We're so excited to help you design the space you've been dreaming of.

Our Full Design package ($159) covers one space, up to 400 square feet. Our current design experience — called New Full — includes two live video calls with your designer, plus everything you need to bring your room to life:

\- **A Design Discovery Call** (about 45 minutes) — you and your designer talk through your style, needs, and budget, and your designer shares floor plan options and starts building your Design Concept with you, live. 

\- **A Design Concept**, delivered right after your Discovery Call — a curated list of items chosen for your space, which you can review and give feedback on as many times as you'd like. 

\- **A 3D rendering of your room**, built once your Concept is finalized, so you can see your space fully furnished and laid out before you buy anything. 

\- **A 3D Review Call** (about 30 minutes) — your designer walks you through your finished 3D design and answers any last questions. 

\- **A personalized shopping list**, built from your finished design, with alternatives to choose from so you can shop your room exactly the way you want. 

\- **Ongoing chat access** with your designer throughout your project.

Here's the order it happens in: Design Discovery Call → Design Concept → 3D Design → 3D Review Call → Shopping List.

We can help with decor throughout your home — including kitchens and bathrooms — think furniture, lighting, curtains, paint, and wallpaper, plus general guidance on things like tile, flooring, and cabinetry. _**Please note: renovations, structural changes, and installation are outside our scope, and we can't source specific fixed items like windows, doors, cabinetry, or contractor-grade materials — but we're happy to help with the decor once that work is done.**_
