Havenly In-Person Design is our in-home design service, available in [select markets](https://havenly.com/in-person). It combines the ease of virtual collaboration with the added support of a local designer who can visit your home, get to know your space in person, and help bring your room together from concept to completion.

Here’s what’s included:

**1\. Room Profile and designer matching**  
After you purchase your project and complete your Room Profile, our team will match you with a local Havenly designer whose style and experience align with your space, goals, and project needs.

**2\. Virtual kickoff call**  
You’ll start with a Zoom kickoff call with your designer to talk through your space, lifestyle, design preferences, budget, and priorities. This is where you’ll share your vision, any must-haves, and how you’d like the room to feel and function.

**3\. Vision Board**  
Your designer will create a Vision Board to help establish the overall direction for your space. You’ll be able to review it, share feedback, and collaborate with your designer so the concept feels right before moving into the full design.

**4\. In-home consultation**  
Your designer will visit your home to take measurements, review the space in person, take photos, and better understand how you live in and use the room. This helps them create a design that feels tailored to your home, not just the dimensions of the space.

**5\. Design Proposal and 2D floor plan**  
After the in-home visit, your designer will create a Design Proposal with a detailed 2D floor plan. This gives you a clearer look at the layout, flow, and key pieces for the room before moving into the next stage.

**6\. 3D renderings**  
Once the Design Proposal is approved, your designer will create photorealistic 3D renderings so you can see how the finished space will come together. From there, you’ll be able to share feedback and work with your designer on revisions until the design feels aligned with your style, goals, and vision for the room.

**7\. Curated shopping list**  
When your design is complete, you’ll receive a curated shopping list with the pieces selected for your space. You can shop your design through Havenly’s platform, and your designer can help answer questions as you review your options and begin purchasing.

**8\. Ongoing support**  
Even after your design is complete, we’re here to help. Whether you have questions about ordering, need guidance on styling, or want help bringing the final details together, your designer and our team can support you along the way.

**What does the timeline look like?**

Timelines can vary by market, designer availability, room count, and project scope, but most In-Person projects follow this general flow:

**Week 1:** You’ll be matched with your designer, complete your kickoff call, and begin reviewing the design direction through your Vision Board.

**Weeks 2–3:** Your designer will visit your home, take measurements and photos, review your space in more detail, and begin preparing your Design Proposal and 2D floor plan.

**Week 4 and beyond:** Once the Design Proposal is approved, your designer will move into 3D renderings, revisions, and your curated shopping list.
