We do our best to maintain updated pricing on all products from our vendor partners, but we don’t always get it right - so just let us know.
If you find a lower price on one of our 200+ vendor partner's sites, email us and we'll happily match it. Simply send a screenshot of the item and price along with a direct URL to Match@Havenly.com, and we’ll get you squared away.

- What is a qualifying item?
We will price match items that appear at a lower price directly on a partner vendor's site. For example, if you stumble across that sleek new CB2 lamp at a lower price on CB2.com, let us know before you check out and we'll adjust the Havenly price to meet it. The vendor product (name, color, dimensions) must be identical to the Havenly product and in stock on the vendor site to qualify.
- What limitations or exceptions should I know about?
We do not offer pricing matching guarantees from third party marketplace sellers (Rugs Direct, eBay, etc.).
The price for an item, or offer, must be listed online and valid at the time of the price match to qualify. It cannot be a price that is achieved with a discount or promo code — but don't worry, we honor those, too.
All matches are applied pre-shipping and tax. You will remain responsible for any applicable shipping and tax costs, which are calculated at checkout and confirmed when the order is officially placed with the vendor.
Exclusions include mail-in rebates, sales tax promotions, credit card offers, vendor gift card offers, or prices achieved through vendor financing programs.
- Is there a limit on how many items I can buy at the matched price?
No limits! However, the desired quantity must be in stock with vendor at time of the price match request.
- Will you honor my request if I find a lower price after purchase?
If you request a price match within 48 hours of placing your order with Havenly, and the item meets our criteria, email us at Match@Havenly.com and we will do our very best to honor it for you. Our ability to do so will depend on the specific vendor(s) in question, and you will be notified via email either way. If approved, we will refund the cost difference to your original form of payment.
