Once you place an order with Havenly, our team checks each seller promotion you submit to make sure it is valid, at time of order placement, on the seller's site. If it is, we apply it to your order! If the code is invalid, we are unfortunately unable to honor it.
Your email order confirmation will note which seller promotions were applied. If a promo code you submitted is not listed on your order confirmation email, unfortunately we were unable to validate it.
Please Note: In most cases sellers have certain exclusions on their promotions such as Excludes Furniture, Sale & Clearance Items Excluded, Pillow Covers & Inserts Only, etc. We will always check the promo code on the seller's site to make sure we are getting you the best deal possible!
