Need to pretty up your space from afar? No sweat - we'd still love to help you with your design! Our process is slightly different for international clients, so here are a few things to know before you get started:
- There is an additional $150 surcharge, on top of the design fee, for international clients - this is to cover the additional communication and operational adjustments needed to execute the design process successfully. We charge the fee upfront, so if you’re interested, simply drop our Customer Happiness team a note at Hello@Havenly.com and we’ll get you squared away.
- For furniture and decor, we work with a domestic seller list and are not able to ship orders internationally. This means the products that your designer sources for you will not be available for purchase through Havenly without the help of a US-based freight forwarding company. If you do not have a freight forwarder, any items in your design will need to be purchased outside of the Havenly platform.
- Due to privacy laws, we are unable to provide design and/or ordering services to Canadian residents at this time. (Trust me, we'd help a neighbor out if we could).
