Once you’ve completed your Room Profile and selected a designer, you will be placed in your designer’s queue and will receive an email letting you know your approximate wait time. This is also viewable in your account, under the Launch Project icon.
Once the designer starts working on your project, they will review your account, familiarize themselves with your Room Profile notes and vision, and reach out with any questions. Once you receive the ideas within 2 business days, you can rate each idea (1 to 4 stars) and provide feedback for your designer. In addition to rating the ideas, you can like, dislike and add comments to each individual product. All of this will ensure your designer creates a perfect design concept for you!
Throughout the design process, you can keep track of project status within your Havenly account. As you move forward, each phase will contain a next step and associated “due date” if the action is to be completed by your designer.
