Once you’ve completed your Room Profile and selected a designer, you will be placed in your designer’s queue and will receive an email letting you know your approximate wait time. This is also viewable in your account, under the Launch Project icon.
Once the designer starts working on your project, they will review your account, familiarize themselves with your Room Profile notes and vision, and reach out with any questions. Once you receive ideas (typically within 2 business days), you can schedule a call with your designer by clicking on the "Schedule Call" link in your account.
Throughout the design process, you can keep track of project status within your Havenly account. As you move forward, each phase will contain a next step and associated “due date” if the action is to be completed by your designer.
