Please follow these steps to initiate a return for your item(s):
- Log in to your Havenly Account
- Click on your name in the upper right corner
- Click "My Orders"
- Scroll down to find your order, click “View” to see your order details
- Find the item you are looking to return and click " Return"
- A pop up window will appear. Please select the appropriate reason for return, specify quantity and upload images, if applicable. Images are required for items arriving damaged/defective and items that do not fit in your space.
- Hit Submit.
- Our team will be in touch within 1-2 business days regarding the next steps!
