Please follow these steps to initiate a cancellation for your item(s):
- Log in to your Havenly Account
- Click on your name in the upper right corner
- Click "My Orders"
- Scroll down to find your order, click “view” to see your order details
- Find the item you are looking to cancel and click CANCEL
- Select the reason code for cancellation
- Hit SUBMIT
***Please note: Once you have placed your order, our team will begin processing it within one or two hours. Once the order is in processing, you are unable to cancel item/s and the “Cancel” option will no longer be available.
