To see estimated shipping costs prior to finalizing your order, simply add all of the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Shipping estimates will be itemized by seller and summed in the estimated order total in your Order Summary box.
When you proceed to checkout, you will have the option to request a formal shipping invoice to see actual shipping costs. In the Shipping Options box, select the option that states “Send me an invoice to finalize exact shipping costs (can delay order by up to 1 business day).”
You can also specify any special shipping and delivery requests at this stage in the Shipping Notes box.
A member of the Havenly ordering team will email you within 1-2 business days with itemized shipping costs for the items in your order, so you know exactly what you will be charged.
While we are working on your shipping quote, you will see the following box on your Order Dashboard:
When your shipping quote is ready for review, you will see the following box in your Order Dashboard:
Finally, when you are ready to approve your shipping quote, select the “Yep, looks good” button and hit SUBMIT.
NOTE: If you would like to make changes to your order based on the quote you receive, you can do so at this point in the process by selecting “No, I’d like to request changes and receive a new quote.” While we are able to cancel items and adjust quantities, please note that we are unable to add items to your order once it has been submitted in our system.
